Traditional and contemporary curtains
We have a wide selection of beautiful, designer fabrics to choose from in many designs, textures and colours. Our fabrics feature traditional style patterns through to more modern styles to suit your individual taste. We do make curtains using the customers own fabric, however we add 20% onto the cost of making them, therefore it may be a more viable and cost effective option to choose from our vast range of curtain fabrics.
You can choose from a variety of headings depending on your own preference and style of the room, from a wave heading for a modern, stylish look to a triple pinch pleat for a more formal and luxurious feel.

Hand-made lined curtains
We also offer lined or interlined curtains depending on your needs.
Lined curtains have an ivory coloured material, which is sewn onto the back of the fabric. This offers some protection to the fabric from sunlight and other elements such as condensation.
For bedroom curtains you may wish to opt for a blackout lining, which eliminates any light coming through the window.
Interlined curtains have a heavier, soft material sewn in between the lining and the fabric, this provides the curtains with a full, luxurious feel, for a more formal look.
Interlined curtains also help to prevent against draughts that may come through the window or door.

Curtain fabric samples
Material samples are a good way to compare curtain fabrics and decide on a colour scheme before committing to buy. We can order material samples from any of our fabric suppliers. We do not stock every pattern book in store, so if you do not find a fabric you like, and have an idea in mind, let us know and we will try and source a fabric for you.
If you already know the name of the material you like, please contact us and we can order you a sample.
We are here to help you with your order for custom made curtains and to follow are the different types of headings that are available for curtains. However if you have any questions, please do contact our interior design shop and we'll be happy to help you.
Pencil pleat: This is a standard heading for curtains and valances. A heading tape is used and the curtains are the gathered to the desired width to fit your window.
Triple Pinch pleat (French pleat) curtains: This is our most popular heading. It is a classic, decorative heading, where the pleats are sewn-in to give a luxurious, tailored look. This heading is perfect for a bedroom, dining room or living room.
Double Pinch Pleat: This is a slightly more relaxed style of the triple pinch pleat which consists of two folds pleated together rather than three. Perfect if you have less draw back space, but still require a formal style of curtain.
Eyelet Heading: Eyelet headings give a clean and contemporary look, it is where the curtain pole is threaded through metal eyelets which are punched through the fabric. Eyelets come in a variety of colours to match your fabric and pole. Please note eyelet headings are only suitable for use with a pole.
Tab Top: Tab top headings are a simple heading where a tab is made out of the same fabric as the curtain or a contrasting fabric which attaches the curtain to the pole. Tab top headings do not move along the pole as well as our other headings. Please note that tab top headings on curtains are only suitable for use with a pole.
Goblet: A goblet heading is a decorative, formal heading, best suited to longer length curtains, made using a rich, heavy fabric. It is made by forming a cup style pleat, which is padded and sewn-in to keep its shape. The heading can be finished off using a button at the end of each cup and/or rope joining each cup.
