Ambience Interiors Ltd (also referred to as We, Us, Our, Ambience Interiors) are based in Pewsey, just outside Marlborough in Wiltshire. We respect your privacy and do not keep payment details on file for any purchases made in our shop.
When placing an order with us we only collect the information that is necessary for processing your order. We may ask for your name, address, telephone number, email address and card details. We do not store your card details. We used a trusted payment provider who fully complies with all legal requirements and regulations.
We keep a copy of orders so that we can process your order efficiently, manage our stock levels and continually improve the services and products we offer.
We will not pass your details to any 3rd parties for marketing purposes without your prior approval. Only Ambience Interiors employees will communicate with you regarding your purchase or enquiry while you are a customer of Ambience Interiors. We will not use your details for marketing purposes. If you would like your contact details changed or removed from our records, please email your request to: email@example.com and they will be deleted and not used except for historical accounting purposes. Should your data be breached or accessed unlawfully we will inform you that a breach has occurred. Only administrators that have been trained on the importance of GDPR have access to customer data.

By using this website and the products and services offered you are subject to the terms and conditions of Ambience Interiors Ltd (also referred to as We, Us, Our or Ambience Interiors) set out below and implies that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and you accept them. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions whenever the need arises without prior notice.
Payment, Returns and Refund Policy
We accept all credit and debit cards for payment for goods and services. For all interior design services, we request a deposit once you (the client) has agreed to the order which is non-refundable once work has begun. If you are unsure about any areas of your order, please ask our friendly staff before placing your order and we'll be happy to help. All items that are custom made such as curtains, blinds, furniture and soft furnishing including cushions and tie backs are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are made to order.
Please note that if you wish to cancel your order, we require advance notice in writing to email@example.com prior to any work commencing.
We will take every care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition, however, if you receive your goods and they are damaged or faulty please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 01672 569070 as soon as possible, describing the fault and we will advise you on how to return the goods to us. Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or open.
Once we have received and checked the goods for the damage or fault you described we will issue you with a full refund. If we do not find any fault with the goods you will be liable for the return costs.

We offer an initial free consultation, subsequent consultations will be charged at an additional rate per visit, which will be refunded if you decide to go ahead with an order.
If any of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales only.
