Returns Policy

You can cancel your order any time up until you receive your goods by contacting us either by email at or by phone on 01672 569070.

If your goods have already been dispatched, they must be returned to us immediately, in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. Once we have received the goods we will credit you with the purchase price. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and we recommend that you use an insured service to ensure the safe arrival of the return, we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Upon receiving your goods if you decide they are unwanted you have 7 days following the day after the day on which you received the goods to inform us of your decision to cancel the order.

Damaged Goods

We will take every care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition, however, if you receive your goods and they are damaged or faulty please email or phone 01672 569070 as soon as possible, describing the fault and we will advise you on how to return the goods to us. Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or open.

Once we have received and checked the goods for the damage or fault you described we will issue you with a full refund. If we do not find any fault with the goods you will be liable for the return costs.
