Ambience Interiors Terms & Conditions

By using this website and the products and services offered you are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By using and purchasing products on our website this implies that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and you accept them.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions whenever the need arises.

How to order products

Orders can be place online or on the telephone.

Orders can be placed by telephone within our opening hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm.

To place an order online you simply add the item of choice to your shipping basket and complete to the checkout process, you can choose whether or not you wish to register with us, however this is not compulsory when ordering goods. Once your order has been placed your will receive a confirmation email for Ambience Interiors confirming we have received your order, a confirmation email from Cardsave, confirming payment and once your items have been despatched you will receive a final email from Ambience Interiors notifying you of the dispatch. If in the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of our action. If you do not receive you order within 7 Days of receiving the dispatch email please notify us immediately.

Our prices are all displayed in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. They do not include delivery charges, which are added when you checkout. Please see our delivery information below.

Payment

We accept all credit and debit cards for payment and there is no extra charge for using any card. We use a trusted payment provider Cardsave to ensure your details are secure and to minimise the risk of fraud.

Payment is made online at the time of order. All transactions are subject to validation and security checks. If your provider refuses to transfer payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. 

Delivery

Orders are normally despatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of the order. If an item is out of stock you can send us an enquiry form or ring us and we will advise you accordingly.

Please ensure that we are given a full and correct address with a postcode. We regret we are unable to deliver to a PO Box Number.

Some overseas orders may be subject to local import duties and we will not be liable for these payments.

All our deliveries are sent out using a signed for courier service. For security purposes, we do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.

We aim to deliver all goods within our specified time, once we have confirmed payment, all deliveries are subject to stock availability. We are not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery as a result of the couriers’ actions, which are beyond our control. If you have not received your goods within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us as soon as possible by phone 01672 569070 or email: info@ambience-furnishing.co.uk. We will do everything in our power to get the goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order. You will be refunded once the goods have arrived back to us or they have been classified as lost by the courier company.

We will deliver the goods to the address you provide when placing the order, if for any reason this address is incorrect, making the order undeliverable or you fail to contact the courier company to collect a parcel from their depot, we will issue a refund for the goods less any delivery charges plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us. If you have nominated a safe place for your parcel to be left, we are not liable for the loss or damage of goods once they have been left.

If you receive damaged goods or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity please contact us within 7 days of delivery either by phone: 01672 567070 or email: info@ambience-furnishings.co.uk. Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or open.

Returns and Refund Policy

You can cancel your order any time up until you receive your goods by contacting us either by email at info@ambience-furnishings.co.uk or by phone on 01672 569070.

If your goods have already been dispatched, they must be returned to us immediately, in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. Once we have received the goods we will credit you with the purchase price. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and we recommend that you use an insured service to ensure the safe arrival of the return, we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Upon receiving your goods if you decide they are unwanted you have 7 days following the day after the day on which you received the goods to inform us of your decision to cancel the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@ambience-furnishings.co.uk

Damaged Goods

We will take every care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition, however, if you receive your goods and they are damaged or faulty please email info@ambience-furnishings.co.uk or phone 01672 569070 as soon as possible, describing the fault and we will advise you on how to return the goods to us. Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or open.

Once we have received and checked the goods for the damage or fault you described we will issue you with a full refund. If we do not find any fault with the goods you will be liable for the return costs.

General

We reserve the right to change or withdraw any part of our website.

Any information, designs or pictures on the website can only be used by you for the purpose of ordering goods. They may not be copied or used for any other purpose. You are held responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions and are liable for any costs or loss caused to us as a result of your misuse.

We offer an initial free consultation, subsequent consultations will be charged at £50 per visit, which will be refunded if you decide to go ahead with an order.

If any of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales only.

We accept no responsibility for any actions of other websites accessed through this website. We hold no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused through the use of these sites.

Disclaimers

This website and its contents are provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make and expressly disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law any and all representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this website and its contents including without limitation its completeness, accuracy, fitness or suitability for any purpose or freedom from viruses.

We, our directors, employees and other agents shall not be liable for damages of any kind including without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, loss of income or profits, loss of or corruption of data, loss of or damage to property or claims of third parties, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website.

We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control, nor that use of our website will be completely error free or uninterrupted.

We will not be responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for reasons beyond our control.
